Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 5 working days.
Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 10 working days. Rilieo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return Window: 7–10 days from the date of receiving the item.
Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
