Return Window We offer a 7–10 day return policy, which means you have 7–10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return request is approved, the full return and refund process—including product inspection and refund processing—will be completed within 7–10 working days.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn or unused).

  • With all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (special orders/personalized items), sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
