Return Window
We offer a 7–10 day return policy, which means you have 7–10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once your return request is approved, the full return and refund process, including product inspection and refund processing, will be completed within 7–10 working days.

- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
