Shipping policy

At Rilieo, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders. By placing an order with Rilieo, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, launches), processing may take slightly longer.

  • If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time (Bangladesh)

As per our commitment to reliable service, our estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Inside Dhaka: Within 5 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Within 10 working days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times provided by our courier partners. While we strive to meet these deadlines, they are not absolute guarantees.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any applicable fees, including promotional free shipping (if available), will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Delays

Rilieo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier service disruptions or transport restrictions.

  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.

  • Public holidays or political events.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate Full Name, Complete Address, and Valid Phone Number. Rilieo is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at info@rilieo.com.

6. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a delivery fails because the customer is unreachable or the address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-delivery will require an additional shipping charge.

  • If a refund is requested, it will exclude the original shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please contact us within 24–72 hours at info@rilieo.com with your order number and photos/videos of the package.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
